Rebecca's practice centres on: Commercial and corporate litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in the areas of property, corporations, commercial, contractual issues, disputed estates and bankruptcy.

Rebecca regularly appears in the Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts. Rebecca has experience in conducting and defending commercial litigation at all levels of representation, as well as advising on urgent interlocutory relief and alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration and expert determination.

Rebecca's recent experience includes:

  • advising and acting on behalf of creditors in relation to bankruptcy proceedings;
  • advising and acting on behalf of Plaintiffs in relation to urgent Supreme Court applications to retain caveats;
  • advising and representing Plaintiffs in relation to constructive trust and proprietary claims, resulting in a successfully mediated outcome.
  • advising clients in relation to Building Disputes Tribunal complaints;
  • advising and acting for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various contractual disputes in District and Supreme Courts, in most cases resulting in a mediated outcome; and
  • advising and acting on behalf of clients in relation to disputed estates and claims under the Inheritance (Family and Dependants Provisions) Act 1972.
